Delivery

At Smykke Copenhagen we strive towards making a fast delivery and send all orders within 3-7 working days.

Please note: During holidays and Black Friday you may expect longer delivery time.

When placing your order with Smykke Copenhagen, it is important that you enter your address information correctly when you enter your delivery address. You are hereby required to provide the correct address for the delivery of the goods. PO Boxes are not accepted as a delivery address. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Smykke Copenhagen reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods in Europe. For other countries please email; sales@smykkecopenhagen.com and we will try to accommodate your wish.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery on all orders within the EU.

When you shop at Smykke Copenhagen, we deliver your jewellery order free of charge to the desired address within the EU. Return deliveries are at your own expense and risk. When you shop from a country outside the EU, you will be charged a freight fee of €40. Return deliveries are at your own expense and risk. If you make use of a DHL return label, a fee of €30 will be deducted.

Shipping To Countries Other Than Denmark (taxes and VAT)

EU Member Countries

When you place an order from an EU member country Danish VAT of 25% is included in the price. 

Countries Outside the EU

VAT

There is a 25% Danish VAT on every product shown in the shop. Products delivered outside the EU are sold without 25% Danish VAT. When you place an order from a country outside the EU local taxes or VAT may be applied upon delivery. Smykke Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for these taxes or VAT. You will be contacted by the freight company regarding payment of additional costs. Please be aware that this may delay the delivery as the items will be detained by customs. Items bought as a gift cannot be sent to countries outside the EU in an attempt to escape local taxes or VAT. 

Customs

When ordering products from Smykke Copenhagen for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
